Terms of Use

Kuvell is a neutral B2B technology platform. It helps companies connect, exchange business recommendations, and present business reputation.

Companies build a public profile and reputation through partner recommendations. Others can view that information and, with a paid plan, use Partner Discovery.

Kuvell is not a star-rating site, tender system, marketplace, or company “blacklist.”

Kuvell:

• does not take part in users’ business relationships;
• does not guarantee that user statements or recommendations are true;
• does not guarantee company quality, reliability, or outcomes;
• does not certify every claimed collaboration;
• does not present user recommendations as Kuvell’s own guarantees;
• does not generally monitor all user content in advance.

Limits of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law.

By creating an account, accepting these Terms, and using the site, you accept these Terms. The Privacy Policy also applies, and where relevant the Recommendation Rules and Subscription Terms.

Accepting the Terms is not consent to every kind of personal-data processing - see the Privacy Policy.

An account is used by a company representative. You and your company are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and content of information you submit, including:

• company profile data;
• business recommendations;
• claims of prior collaboration;
• invitations and recommendation requests;
• business contact details you enter (including any collaboration contact);
• your authority to act for your company.

If you submit personal data about other people, you must have an appropriate basis to do so.

Misrepresentation and abuse of company access are prohibited.

A company’s basic profile and published recommendations may be publicly visible. Detailed reputation views are subject to free Fair Use limits. Partner Discovery requires a subscription - see the Subscription Terms.

False or collusive recommendations, manipulating trust signals, bypassing payment or limits, disrupting the site, and unlawful use are prohibited.

We may act on reported abuse, attribution disputes, and unlawful content under applicable law and these Terms. We do not undertake to verify every user statement or every claimed collaboration in advance.

If we establish abuse, we may remove a recommendation or restrict or suspend an account - after review, not automatically on suspicion alone.

Email appeals to contact@kuvell.com. We acknowledge within 3 business days and respond within 15 business days.

We may check certain technical signals (for example Email Confirmed, Business Domain Matched, or Company Confirmed). Those signals have limited meanings. They are not a warranty of full recommendation truth or of personal identity.

You make business decisions based on profiles or recommendations at your own risk.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for paid services is limited to the fees you actually paid for the paid access period (Home or Additional market entitlement) to which the claim relates. Liability that cannot be excluded by law remains.
