Business Recommendation Rules

Effective 11 October 2026

1. Principle

These rules supplement the Terms of Use.

A recommendation should reflect real business collaboration and a voluntary statement. Kuvell shows trust signals and recommendation content, but does not guarantee that every sentence is true or that a company is "certified."

2. How it works

Typical flow: a company sends an invite → the recipient completes the recommendation → confirms email → it is published if conditions are met. Without email confirmation there is no valid publication.

3. Signals and statements

Some signals are confirmed (e.g. confirmed email, company confirmation of the relationship). Other data are the recommender’s statements (e.g. role, comment) and are not automatically verified.

4. Name and public display

A personal name is shown publicly only if confirmed in the flow. Otherwise the company name is used. Details: Privacy Policy.

5. What the recipient cannot do

The company receiving the recommendation does not edit the recommender’s text, answers, or signals.

It may confirm the relationship is correct or report wrong attribution - that is not certification of the full text.

6. Before sending an invite

Before sending an invite you confirm you understand the rules on real collaboration and that abuse may be sanctioned.

7. Measures and appeals

If we establish abuse, we may remove a recommendation or restrict an account - after review. Appeals: contact@kuvell.com (acknowledge in 3 business days, respond in 15 business days).

8. Liability

Kuvell is not a party to the business relationship behind a recommendation and does not guarantee the accuracy of business claims. General liability rules: Terms of Use.
