Subscription and Payment Terms

Free (within site rules): public company profile, recommendations, browsing under Fair Use limits.

Paid: access to Partner Discovery by market - not reputation itself, and not merely publishing recommendations.

Payment is currently confirmed manually after you pay (no self-serve card checkout on the site).

• Home - main paid plan for a chosen market.
• Additional - extra markets; an active Home plan is required to buy or renew Additional.
• Home expiry does not cancel already paid Additional before that period ends.

Current prices are published on the site or in our communication. Prices are excluding VAT; taxes are applied as required by law. When payment is confirmed, the price for that period is recorded.

After we receive payment, we activate or extend access. Access lasts until the end date for that market. Without a valid plan there is no Partner Discovery for that market.

You may stop renewing. Access lasts until the end of the period already paid, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Before activation: withdrawal and any refund under these terms and the law.
• After activation: no routine pro-rata refund for unused time.
• Exceptions: where the law requires it, where specifically agreed, or due to our fault.

We issue invoices (VAT-registered in Serbia). Provide accurate billing details. Tax treatment depends on the buyer’s location and status and applicable rules.

For new periods, the price list at confirmation of the new payment applies. An already confirmed period keeps its recorded price unless we agree otherwise.
